Creighton Completes Construction of Medical, Retail Spaces

Creighton Construction recently completed the construction of Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm at 305 S.W. Pine Island Rd. in Cape Coral.

Forest Headley was the project manager.

Aspen Dental contains 3,700sf and includes exam rooms and a lobby/reception area. Led by Dr. Fernando Neira, the office provides dental services ranging from dentures and preventive care to general dentistry and restoration.

Mattress Firm also totals approximately 3,700sf and features a large showroom, stock room and office areas. The Houston-based retailer has more than 3,500 locations in 48 states and reported more than $3.5 billion in sales last year.
