Curran Young Announces Multifamily Project

Curran Young Construction is building the multifamily project Cape West 91, located off S.W. 17th Place and north of Trafalgar Pkwy., in Cape Coral. The project is on approximately six acres and includes a 91-unit, fourstory, garden-style full concrete building with conjoined amenity space.

The project features a courtyard with a pool and four detached garage buildings with resident storage and ADA parking. Other site amenities include a fenced dog park, a car wash, on-site recycling, and bike racks. The project is designed and engineered by PDS Architecture, Avalon Engineering, and Urban Green Studio. It is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
