Curran Young Construction Breaks Ground on Four Major Projects
SUITE TALK September 5, 2025 admin

Curran Young Construction (CYC), a construction management and general contracting firm serving Southwest Florida, has broken ground on four major projects, representing a combined value of nearly $28 million.
CYC has broken ground on a clubhouse for the Wild Blue community in Sarasota. The 32,220sf new-build project will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, nine-hole putt-putt course and two pools on the grounds.
A brand-new three-story beach club is underway along Bonita Beach Road, offering members of The Commons Club two distinct grilling areas, a bar and restrooms. This 13,446sf project is designed to bring more community-centered amenities to the beachside location.
CYC is transforming the existing cart barn at Windstar at Naples Bay Country Club into a new 16,267sf, two-story fitness and golf operations facility. The first floor will house a modernized cart barn and golf operations center, while the second floor will feature a fitness studio and dedicated exercise class area for members. By combining upgraded operational space with a highly visible, member-focused amenity, the project will both improve functionality for staff and create a new addition to the face of the clubhouse.
CYC has commenced work on its second IncredibleBank location in Florida, incorporating a drive-through feature to enhance customer convenience. The firm’s first IncredibleBank project merged design with operational efficiency, introducing innovative elements. Drawing from that success, the 2,583sf Cape Coral branch will carry forward the same focus on sleek design, customer comfort and operational efficiency while tailoring the build to its new site and community.
