Curran Young Construction Completes Coastal Clubhouse Experience

Curran Young Construction has completed the new Commons Club Beach Club, a three-story, groundup concrete clubhouse built directly on Bo­nita Beach to provide members with an elevated waterfront experience.

Located at 26388 Hickory Blvd. in Bonita Springs, the 13,446sf clubhouse offers upgraded coastal amenities and en­hances the club’s presence along one of Southwest Florida’s most scenic stretches of shoreline.

Designed to immerse members in the beach environment, the new facility features pristine wood finishes, open-air spaces and unobstructed views of the Gulf. The club includes two grill areas, a bar, restrooms and shaded gathering areas, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor socializing and relaxation.

Positioned just steps from the sand, the Commons Club Beach Club provides conveniences that enhance the overall beach experience, including umbrellas, chairs and shaded pavilions. Its design and amenities create a modern, breezy environment that complements the natu­ral beauty of Bonita Beach.
