Curran Young HiresTwo Superintendentsto Support Growth
Curran Young Construction added a pair of superintendents, David Rosario and Rory Guilfoy, expanding the firm’s field leadership as demand for construction services continues across Southwest Florida.
Rosario brings 25 years of experience in the Florida construction industry, with a portfolio that spans high-end mid-rise buildings, multifamily developments, townhomes and luxury homes. Rosario also has been involved in several nonprofit rebuilding efforts and has served as a national trainer focused on residential construction and jobsite compliance. His background includes both hands-on construction management and workforce training, with an emphasis on maintaining standards and consistency across job sites.
Guilfoy began his construction career in downtown Seattle during a period of rapid expansion driven by major technology companies, where he gained experience managing complex, large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. He later relocated to Florida to continue his career in another high-growth market, working on major site and infrastructure scopes, including multifamily and amenity-rich developments. A U.S. Army combat infantry veteran, Guilfoy brings a disciplined, structured leadership approach to project management, with a focus on execution and accountability in the field.
