Davies Joins Quarles & Brady’s Naples Office

Noel J. Davies has joined the office of Quarles & Brady in Naples as a mid-level associate in its real estate law group.

Davies works with developers on all facets of development, from due diligence for acquisitions to public hearing representation, including state and local government relations with respect to site plan approvals, permitting, zoning, wetlands and environmental issues. He also has a transactional commercial and residential real estate practice, including closing and title services.

Previously, Davies practiced land use and real estate law at Roetzel & Andress in Fort Myers. Prior to becoming a lawyer, the Southwest Florida native was an international concert pianist.
