DeAngelis Diamond Breaks Ground on Downtown Naples Building

DeAngelis Diamond recently broke ground on The Collective, a multi-story, mixed-use 154,917sf building on 10th Street in downtown Naples.

When completed, the 154,917sf structure will consist of a 69,099sf, three-story mercantile building with shops, restaurants, workspaces and showrooms, and an 85,818sf, four-level parking garage.

Thus far, tenants include Patina Collection, Stofft Cooney Architects, Casa Italia, Thomas Riley Studio, Safe and Sound, Allikristé, Premiere Systems and Kurtz Homes Naples.
