DeAngelis Diamond Selected For Major Healthcare Project

Lee Memorial Health System has awarded DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group a $70 million mixed-use healthcare development and retail services project. It is located on the south side of Coconut Road in Estero, on a 31-acre site that Lee Memorial has owned since 2004.

When completed, the 136,900sf development will include a freestanding emergency department, health life center, outpatient surgery center, recovery care center/clinical decision unit, rehab therapy, cardiac testing and more. Construction will begin in February 2017 and is expected to take 14 months.
