DeAngelis Diamond Selected to Renovate Club Facilities at Collier’s Reserve
SUITE TALK April 28, 2016 admin
DeAngelis Diamond Construction recently broke ground at Collier’s Reserve Country Club in north Naples, where a three-year, $13.8 million enhancement plan is now underway.
The first phase will introduce a new fitness and activities center, which will consolidate tennis and fitness amenities into one building and allow the club to expand its range of fitness classes and programs. When completed in October, the new center will include two pickleball courts, an auxiliary entrance with parking for golf carts, cars and bicycles, and three new tennis courts. Also, while the existing fitness center will be converted to a multi-purpose activity room, renovations to the golf operations building will expand the women’s locker room lounge area and refurbish the member’s locker rooms.
When all phases of construction are completed in 2018, the enhanced facilities will include a completely renovated clubhouse and an expanded boathouse offering informal and alfresco dining along the Cocohatchee River.
Besides DeAngelis Diamond, the renovation team includes Humphrey Rosal Architects and Noller Design Group. Jeff Nunner, a professional engineer and certified building contractor with more than 25 years of experience, is the project manager.
Founded in 1996 by John DeAngelis and David Diamond as a small construction management firm, the company has completed more than $1 billion in construction projects throughout Florida and received numerous local awards for its work.
