DeAngelis Diamond held a topping out ceremony in May at The Springs in Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers.
The project includes new construction of a 28-bed, 19,700sf memory support facility, as well as an interior renovation totaling 17,400sf. The renovation includes a kitchen expansion, 25-bed assisted living space, new parking, new welcome center and an addition to the current activity wing, as well as an update of the building’s exterior and roof. The ceremony marked the final dry-in of all the roofs on the project.
