Developer Buys 37.64-Acre Multi- Family Site

Six Mile Preserve, LLC, has purchased a 37.64-acre development parcel at 9851 Ben C. Pratt Six Mile Cypress Parkway in south Fort Myers from Benderson Development for $5.2 million.

Six Mile Preserve, LLC, is a Florida- based company that specializes in multi-family, retail and office development statewide, as well as in Maryland and South Carolina. Benderson Development is one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the U.S.

Skip Thinnes, senior vice president of Lee & Associates’ Naples- Fort Myers office, negotiated the transaction. He says the buyer plans to develop a high-end apartment community on the site.
