Discovery Village Building & Parcel Fetch More Than $36 Million

In April, a Boca Raton-based buyer purchased two properties in Discovery Village at the Forum in Fort Myers for more than $36 million. The first is a 126-unit building at 2619 Forum Boulevard, which sold for $34 million. The other is an adjacent 6.5-acre parcel at 2625 Forum Boulevard, which sold for $2.35 million. The buyer was Fort Myers Senior Housing IIA Propco and the seller was Discovery Village at the Forum.
