Dollar General Coming to Marco

Marco Island BTS Retail, LLC has purchased a 0.72-acre commercial site at 440 Elkham Circle on Marco Island for $750,000. There are plans to develop a 7,400sf Dollar General on the site later this year.
Bruce Micciche, CCIM of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer and Dave Wallace, CCIM of CRE Consultants represented the seller, Joseph E. Zgonina and Sandra A. Zgonina, Irrevocable 2012 Grandchildren’s Trust.
“With only a few commercial lots left on the island, the challenge was finding a site that would lay out properly and fit into the surrounding community,” said Micciche, qualifying broker for LandQwest’s Fort Myers and Tampa Bay offices.
