El Jardín Opens in Cape Coral
El Jardín has opened in Cape Coral, offering a unique dining experience that blends Latin and Japanese culinary influences while emphasizing locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. Owned by Brad Cozza, the restaurant partners with Southwest Florida farms, fisheries, ranchers and artisans to feature fresh seafood, seasonal produce and quality meats.
Menu offerings include spicy tuna crispy rice, house-made empanadas, garden chop salad, miso mojo beef, yuzu adobo half chicken and a signature smash burger. Guests can also enjoy craft cocktails such as the Jardín of Eden and garden margarita.
El Jardín prepares its dishes from scratch and uses avocado oil and beef tallow in place of seed oils. The restaurant is open from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and until 10 p.m. on weekends during the summer.
