EnviroStruct, LLC, recently broke ground on Bonita Springs Fire Station #23. Located at 25001 S. Tamiami Trail, the 7,500sf facility will be a duplicate of the one EnviroStruct recently completed in East Bonita (BSFD#26).
In Naples, EnviroStruct has made some significant upgrades to Plaza Walk Executive Center at 2500 Tamiami Trail. In addition to renovating the building facades and parking lot, EnviroStruct improved the walkways and traffic patterns to all businesses. The center remained open throughout the construction process.
Also, the company has been chosen to renovate and expand Pelican Sound Golf & River Club in Estero. The project includes clubhouse additions, a new golf and racquet club, cart barn, new pickleball courts and site work.
