Equity Announces First-Quarter Leases

Mike Concilla of Naples-based Equity, Inc., recently negotiated the following leases.
• Fortunoff Patio: 7,600sf at 15465 Tamiami Trail in the former PNC Bank building in north Naples.
• QPWB Law Firm: 3,250sf in the Fifth Third Bank Building off Metro and Daniels Parkways in Fort Myers.
• Hibachi of Japan: 1,500sf in Berkshire Place at Santa Barbara Blvd. and Radio Road in Naples.
• Well Med: 3,200sf in the Fifth Third Bank Building off Metro and Daniels Parkways in Fort Myers.
• Rogers Towers Law Firm: an additional 2,000sf in the Fifth Third Bank Building off Metro and Daniels Parkways in Fort Myers.
