Erickson’s Drying Systems is sponsoring the annual “Property Management: Practices, Procedures, Pitfalls, & Law” class on Tuesday, March 21st. It will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Fort Myers Education Center at 2840 Winkler Avenue in Fort Myers.
The six-credit, continuing education program will focus on topics such as new notices and laws, security deposit pitfalls, inspections, liability avoidance, corporate tenants, and more. Erickson’s will provide lunch, free giveaways, and a brief and informative presentation on water leak damage prevention.
Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association (RPCRA) is presenting the annual event in conjunction with the Southwest Florida Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
Tickets are $20 for NARPM® and RPCRA members for $20, $10 for RPCRA passport members and $40 for non-members. For more information or to register, please email education@ rpcra.org.
