• 38,000sf spanning four office buildings in Naples, from Greentree Professional Centre.
• 20,924sf spanning two industrial buildings in Fort Myers, from Concorde Business Park.
• 12,000sf spanning two industrial buildings in Naples, from Houchin, LLC.
