Expansion Project Underway At Cypress Cove

At press time, construction of an additional 14 villa homes was poised to commence at the 48-acre Life Plan Community of Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida in south Fort Myers. The two- and three-bedroom villas will increase the neighborhood total to 44.

Chris-Tel Construction of Fort Myers is building the multi-million dollar project. Construction should be completed by early next summer.
