Farrell-Sands Named VIP Realty’s Broker of Record

Lisa Farrell-Sands has been named Broker of Record for all locations of VIP Realty Group, Inc. The firm provides residential and commercial real estate services in Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, as well as for VIP Annual Rentals, LLC.

Farrell-Sands has been in the business for more than 26 years, starting with VIP Realty in 1990. Five years later, she began working in real estate sales and management for WCI Communities and Miromar Development. In 2010, she rejoined VIP as advisor and sales manager for VIP Realty – Commercial.

She is a member of REIS, CIP, and sits on the board of The Pace Center for Girls in Lee County.
