Final Outparcel Sells at Summerlin Ridge

S & L Properties Fort Myers Sum­merlin LLC purchased the final 2.4-acre outparcel at Summerlin Ridge on Pine Ridge Road in Fort Myers for $2.1 mil­lion.

The buyer plans to develop a Culver’s restaurant on the site, completing the retail development after seven years of leasing and sales efforts.

Bob Pekol of LQ Commercial rep­resented the seller, Summerlin Ridge, LLC, and oversaw retail leasing and development for the project, securing tenants including ALDI, ABC Liquors, Heartland Dental and Tommy’s Express Car Wash. Ty Hensley of Trinity Com­mercial Group represented the buyer.

The sale marks the completion of retail leasing and outparcel sales at Sum­merlin Ridge. Construction timing for the new Culver’s has not been announced.
