Stevens Construction has begun expanding and renovating the Florida Heart Associates facility. Located at 1550 Barkley Circle in Fort Myers, the two-story, 25,374sf building is undergoing a complete interior renovation. Slated for completion in the summer, the renovation includes an upgrade of all exam rooms, nurse stations, offices, lobby, and cardiac PET equipment. Stevens Construction is also expanding the existing building and adding a new ambulatory surgery center.
The multi-phased project is licensed by the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Florida Heart Associates will remain operational during construction.
