Atlanta-based multi-family developer 360 Residential has acquired 20 acres at the northeast corner of Summerlin and Pine Ridge Roads in Fort Myers for $3.3 million. The developer plans to begin construction on a 224- unit, luxury apartment complex in the second quarter.

John Mounce, founding principal at LandQwest Commercial, represented the seller, Summerlin Ridge, LLC.
