Fort Myers Landmark Retail Plazas Sell for $8.1 Million

A two-property portfolio containing more than 69,000sf of retail space in south Fort Myers has sold for $8.1 million. The portfolio includes Plymouth Plaza at 15200 -15248 S. Tamiami Trail and Regal Plaza at 15250 S. Tamiami Trail and encompasses three buildings. Collectively, they provide a total of 69,570sf of leasable space.
LandQwest Commercial qualifying broker Bruce Micciche, CCIM, represented the buyer, Susence FL Holdings LLC, and broker associate Chase Mayhugh, CCIM, of Mayhugh Commercial Advisors, represented the seller, NYFL Commercial Holdings 2, LLC.
LandQwest Commercial Property Management will manage the properties; Micciche was retained as exclusive leasing agent.
