Istrouma Trustee, LLC has sold two mixed-use properties totaling 104.78 acres for $6.5 million to Colonial Hammock SWFL, LLC. Both parcels are in Fort Myers.

One parcel totals 70.18 acres at 4151 Veronica Shoemaker Boulevard and is zoned commercial general. The other site consists of two adjacent properties totaling 34.6 acres at 10801 Metro Parkway and 6191/6193 Idlewild Street. The pair are zoned light industrial and commercial.

Land Solutions’ Randy Thibaut, Doug Meschko and Justin Thibaut represented the seller.
