Foxtail Coffee Co. Opens at Mixed-Income Community

Foxtail Coffee Co. opened its newest Southwest Florida café at Latimer Crossing, becoming one of the first businesses to open within the Southwest Florida Housing Foundation’s new mixed-income community at 3605 Cleveland Ave., across from the Fort Myers Country Club.

The 1,745sf café is the fourth Southwest Florida Foxtail location owned by Diana and Scott Willis, longtime local business owners who also own Jason’s Deli restaurants throughout Lee County and Naples. The café is also Foxtail Coffee Co.’s 120th location.

Known for their strong commitment to the community, the Willis family has spent decades supporting local schools and nonprofit organizations. Their newest café continues that tradition by providing a welcoming space for residents, professionals, students and visitors to gather, work remotely or enjoy handcrafted coffee.

The location will also feature a Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream counter, offering signature and seasonal flavors alongside Foxtail’s coffee menu.

Latimer Crossing is a 92-unit mixedincome community that transformed a property vacant for more than a decade into a vibrant neighborhood. As one of the first businesses to open there, Foxtail Coffee Co. will help establish the development as a destination where people can live, work, meet and connect.

The café will serve Foxtail’s full menu of espresso drinks, cold brews, signature lattes, organic teas, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, pressed paninis and baked goods. Guests can also purchase whole-bean coffee, branded merchandise and gift items. Complimentary Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and inviting workspaces make the café suitable for business meetings, studying, remote work or relaxing with friends over coffee or ice cream.

Founded in 2016 in Winter Park, Foxtail Coffee Co. is known for its small-batch roasted coffee, handcrafted beverages and inviting cafés designed to bring people together.
