Galvano Development to Develop Adult Lifestyle Community

Galvano Develop­ment has announced plans to develop Liberty Village LaBelle, a 971-unit adult lifestyle community in La­Belle inclusive of an ex­ecutive golf course, robust community amenities and a commercial component along Helms Road. The golf course and driving range would be open to the public. Liberty Village LaBelle is a golf cart community that will have walking trails throughout and commer­cial retail within walking distance.

Additionally, Galvano has announced that Mi­chelle Batista has joined its team as a project admin­istrator with an emphasis on real estate, construction and devel­opment. She is a licensed real estate agent and notary public, and has prior experience in law firms as a paralegal. Batista, who is bilingual, earned a para­legal studies and business administra­tion degree from Henry Ford College.
