GATE S Construction Adds Staff to Key Positions

The third quarter saw the addition of numerous industry professionals to the GATE S Construction staff.
• Mark Boenker (Senior Superintendent). With more than 30 years of construction experience, Boenker specializes in retail, commercial, office and multi-family construction. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in construction technology. Boenker will be out of the company’s Sarasota office.
• Gerry Brewer (Senior Superintendent). Brewer boasts 20+ years of construction experience with particular expertise in educational, government, hospitality and retail construction. He will be based out of the company’s Bonita Springs headquarters.
• Brad Bowers (Senior Superintendent). For more than two decades, Bowers had worked in the construction industry on various project types. His areas of expertise include educational, retail, religious and commercial construction.
• Kevin Thibodeau (Senior Estimator). Thibodeau’s comprehensive estimating duties include material take-offs and labor estimates, as well as developing subcontractor scopes and bidding criteria. He has more than 25 years of experience in estimating and project management and will be based in Bonita Springs.
• David Greenblatt (Project Manager). Greenblatt is responsible for coordinating projects from pre-construction and permitting through to owner occupancy. With more than 30 years of construction industry experience, Greenblatt specializes in residential, commercial, multi-family, healthcare and mixed-use projects. His office is in Bonita Springs.
