Earlier this year, GATE S Construction completed two major projects in Southwest Florida, including the first phase of the Golisano|Nicklaus Children’s Health Center in Naples.
Located at 3361 Pine Ridge Road, Building 200, the new children’s healthcare facility is a 29,282sf outpatient center providing comprehensive specialized pediatric care and rehabilitation services. Phase two, a pediatric orthopedics practice, is scheduled to be completed during the second quarter.
Also, GATES finished major additions and renovations at Highland Woods Golf and Country Club at 9100 Highland Woods Boulevard in Bonita Springs. The project involved construction of a two-story, 15,105sf cart barn and fitness center, a recreation rest shelter, an enclosed dining terrace and clubhouse renovations. The clubhouse received a new kitchen structure, all new HVAC systems, food service equipment, flooring, plumbing, electrical wiring and ceiling tile.
