GATES Announces Three New Employees in Bonita Office

GATES Construction has expanded with three new employees at its Bonita Springs office.
•Ben Haynie, Senior Superintendent. Haynie is responsible for supervising projects on site, including quality control, safety, security, project closeout, and transition planning. Haynie has more than 37 years of construction experience with project types such as commercial, industrial, hospitality, and retail construction, among others.
•Ken Gentry, Senior Project Manager. Gentry coordinates and manages projects from the pre-construction and permitting stage to owner occupancy. He has more than 30 years of construction experience with various project types, specializing in commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and education.
•Shane Vaughan, Project Manager/ MEP Specialist. Vaughan is responsible for owner communication and the overall success of his assigned projects from start to finish. He has six years of professional experience and dual bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and aerospace engineering.
