GATES Begins Construction at The Isles of Collier Preserve

GATES Construction has begun construction of the Overlook Bar & Grill at The Isles of Collier Preserve, a new waterfront community of singleand multi-family homes in Naples.

The Old Florida-style building will be concrete with wood siding and an aluminum roof over a main dining area and two screened dining porches, along with a bar overlooking the Cypress Waterway.

Members and their guests will have access to the sundeck and pool at The Isle Club, adjacent to the Overlook.

The project was designed by Humphrey- Rosal Architects. Construction should be completed by early next year.
