GATES Construction has completed the new amenities center at The Dunes of Naples.
The project included a complete demolition of the previous clubhouse, followed by the construction of a twostory, 25,857sf amenities center.
The modern facility contains a covered outdoor dining area, a private dining room, a dedicated indoor dining area, and a bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The club room also features an indoor/outdoor space with food service and events area for fashion shows, bridge, Mah-Jongg, holiday parties and other special occasions and events.
While the new kitchen has been upgraded with abundant space for food prep, food storage and the chef’s office, the fitness center boasts new workout equipment, two group exercise/yoga rooms, two small rooms for massage and physical therapy, a tennis office and a pro shop. Additional space on the upper level can be used for activities, community meetings and auxiliary offices.
Outside, the lagoon-style pool area has been extended for more seating and conversation areas around fire tables, along with an expanded tiki bar.
