GATES Construction recently completed a new wellness center at Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club in south Fort Myers.
The project included demolishing the existing fitness center and replacing it with a freestanding, two-story, 23,102sf wellness facility. Designed by Humphrey Rosal Architects, the new state-of-the-art center features a spa with individual and couples’ massage rooms, a salon, rooms for exercise, aerobics, spinning and Pilates, a tennis pro shop and a virtual driving range. The facility also houses a business center with reception area and offices.
