Gates Construction was recently chosen to manage the construction of a new senior community at 15450 Tamiami Trail in Naples.
When completed, All Seasons Naples will have 189 one- and twobedroom apartments in multi-story buildings. The community will feature lush landscaping and amenities such as a full-service kitchen, private dining room, bistro bar, library, fitness center, memory care center and more.
A summer groundbreaking is scheduled with completion expected in the fall of 2016.
In other news, Gates has hired Howard Zablo and Karl Indivero as project superintendents.
Zablo is responsible for daily onsite supervision of projects including quality control, safety, security, project close-out and transition planning. With more than 42 years of construction experience, he offers particular expertise in custom home, condominium, clubhouse and retail construction. Zablo is a Florida-licensed general contractor and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction.
Indivero oversees the management of projects from pre-construction planning and permitting to completion and owner occupancy. He has been doing so for more than 30 years on behalf of both government and private sector clients.
