GATES Construction Completes RaceTrac

GATES Construction has completed the new RaceTrac on the southwest corner of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Collier Boulevard in Naples. It is the latest in the growing portfolio of RaceTracs constructed by GATES.

The project includes a new stateof- the-art RaceTrac fuel station with 16 pumps, a 6,182sf market and convenience store, and a parking lot with 30+ spaces. The project also involved site work to accommodate future development. Hill, Foley, Rossi & Associates provided design services.
