Bonita-based GATE S Construction has expanded its Florida presence with the opening of an office in Palm Beach Gardens and the naming of a project executive to oversee it.
Kim Bragg has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, much of it in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. As GATES’ newly-named project executive, he supervises and supports office staff and client relationships including preconstruction, construction, and overall customer experience.
Bragg, a state-licensed general contractor, has been involved in the industry as both contractor and developer. His range of experience is diverse, and includes private clubs and amenities, healthcare, retail, office buildings, government, commercial and multi-family. As a permanent resident of Palm Beach County for more than three decades, Bragg is actively involved in the local community. He graduated from Miami Dade College with a B.S. in business administration.
For more than 25 years, GATES Construction has been building landmark projects throughout Florida and beyond. In addition to its Bonita Springs and Palm Beach Gardens locations, GATES also has an office in Sarasota and operates throughout the southeastern U.S. and the Republic of Panama.
