GATES Maintains Active Presence on State’s East Coast

It was a busy fourth quarter on Florida’s east coast for GATE S Construction, which completed one clubhouse project and embarked on another.

In Boca Raton, the company completed a full renovation of the main lobby at Broken Sound Club, one of South Florida’s most prestigious private clubs.

The project involved renovations and improvements to the lobby and bar that included upgrades to interior finishes, new countertops, lighting fixtures, and millwork. The construction took place while the club remained fully operational. Peacock + Lewis Architects, LLC provided design services.

GATES was also chosen to build a new clubhouse / recreation center in Palm Beach Gardens at the Artistry at Palm Beach, a new gated community by Kolter Homes.

The facility will consist of an outdoor pool deck, heated pool, cabanas, basketball court, and children’s playground. Inside, the Artistry will have a fitness facility with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, an aerobics center and a community room for special events. Affinity Architects will provide the architectural design.
