GCG Completes 30,000 SF Industrial Building

GCG Construction, Inc. has completed Alico Commercial Center at 7131 Alico Road in Fort Myers. This project consisted of a 30,000 square feet of flex industrial space with storefront entries and roll-up rear doors situated on 3.3 acres. Included in the project was all associated site work and underground utilities. Civil engineering was provided by David Douglas Associates, Inc. and Architectural design was provided by Castellanos & Tramonte Architects.
