GCG Completes Town Center Restaurant Build-Out

GCG Construction, Inc. (GCG), has completed the 1,750sf tenant buildout for a new sushi restaurant at Gulf Coast Town Center.
How Do You Roll? is a fast, casual sushi eatery at 10021 University Plaza Drive, which allows customers to create sushi rolls with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
GCG started construction in June and completed on schedule in September. At press time, a late October grand opening was expected.
