GCG Construction Awarded Two Men & A Truck Contract

GCG Construction is poised to break ground on a new facility for Two Men & A Truck in Fort Myers. The 7,000sf, fully sprinklered building will be built on Cam Court in the Alico Commercial Park and is currently under permit review.

The project entails full site development including new water, sewer, and fire line services. Half of the building will consist of corporate offices that will include a break room/lounge and shower facilities for employees. The other half will be warehouse space for clients to use as temporary storage during their move. The building will also have a large mezzanine that will be used for training new employees how to properly navigate stairs while moving large furniture and other items.

As of press time, construction was scheduled to begin by early November with completion in mid-2019.
