GCG Construction Builds New Goodwill Location

GCG Construction is working with developer Piedmont Companies, Inc. on Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida’s eleventh location.

The project, at 3223 Del Prado Blvd. S. in Cape Coral, includes the renovation and expansion of the existing store. It will add approximately 12,000sf, bringing the total square footage to 17,000sf. Site renovations of the 2.2 acres will include new grading, sidewalks, landscaping, and parking to support the retail store and donation center.
