GCG Construction was honored with two prestigious awards at the 2025 Lee Building Industry Association (BIA) Industry Awards, earning recognition as Best Commercial Remodeler of the Year and Best Commercial Contractors Project: Design-Build ($8,000,000–$9,999,999).

The Design-Build award was presented for GCG Construction’s completion of the MarineMax Fort Myers Yacht Sales & Service Center, a 30,000-square-foot waterfront facility designed to support highvolume marine operations. The project included the construction of high-capacity service bays, expanded wet and dry boat storage, and enhanced customer service areas. GCG Construction managed the entire design-build process, coordinating architectural design, engineering, and construction to deliver a technically complex facility that meets both operational demands and waterfront-specific requirements.
