GCG Construction, Inc. Transforms Commercial Space

GCG Construction, Inc. has com­pleted the construction of a Tenant Improvement project that has brought Dunkin’ to Estero Town Commons. The project involved the customization of 1,806sf of commercial space located at 10131 Estero Town Commons Place.

Dunkin’ sought GCG Construction, Inc.’s expertise to create a space that marries functionality and aesthetics while staying true to the Dunkin’ brand stan­dards and operational requirements. This project blended construction, interior de­sign, branding and adherence to corporate standards to craft an inviting and efficient space for serving Dunkin’ patrons.

The scope of work encompassed framing, electrical installations, plumb­ing, HVAC system setup, flooring and interior finishes. High-performance coffee machines, industrial-grade ovens, refrig­eration units, display cases, digital menu boards and point of sale systems were installed to create a fully operational food preparation and customer service area.
