GCG Construction Project Ahead of Schedule

GCG Construction, Inc. recently completed a renovation project for the 15,000sf, two-story Midland Trust, 15671 San Carlos Blvd.in Fort Myers. The project consisted of a complete interior demolition, redesign and build-out of all interior spaces, which now feature well-appointed private meeting rooms as well as large areas for events.

GCG received a final certificate of occupancy three weeks ahead of its goal. The new headquarters allow Mid­land Trust to continue its financial ser­vices company and provide outstanding facilities to their 60+ and growing team members.
