GCG Construction Selected to Lead Fort Myers Retail Center Project

GCG Construction has been awarded the role of general contractor for Arborwood Commons, a new Class A retail strip center at the high-traffic Daniels Parkway and Treeline Ave. corridor in Fort Myers. The approximately 15,335sf development, anchored by Dunkin’, will feature a mix of retail, office and medical spaces to meet the region’s growing commercial demand. As general contractor, GCG Construction will oversee all phases of the build, including subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, scheduling and adherence to budget and regulatory requirements.

The project design is led by MK Architecture, LLC, with civil engineering provided by Bowman Consulting Group Ltd.

GCG Construction is currently mobilizing preconstruction efforts, including permitting and subcontractor selection, and will work in close collaboration with the project owner, design teams, local municipalities and specialty trades to ensure Arborwood Commons is delivered to the highest standards.
