GCG Construction has broken ground on the newest retail development in Estero, The Marketplace at Coconut Point. It is the last remaining commercial frontage within the Coconut Point Development.
This high-end development by Konover South will provide accessibility and visibility for its shops, restaurants and other specialized services. GCG will focus on all site enhancements and vertical construction while keeping safety as its top priority. The development includes three retail structures over 35,000sf and two pad-ready sites, which are slated for Miller’s Ale House and McDonald’s standalone restaurants.
GCG is implementing a new software, “Lead Time,” to integrate with their other project management tools to simplify the procurement process, ensuring smoother workflows and deeper collaboration with all parties.
