GCG Construction, in partnership with MarineMax, GMA Architects & Planners, and Bowman Engineering, has unveiled the highly anticipated Fort Myers Yacht Sales and Service Center. The project encompasses a hybrid design featuring a new two-story sales building spanning about 13,000sf, constructed with CMU block, seamlessly connected to a pre-engineered 42-foot-tall metal building housing the comprehensive service center, totaling about 17,700sf. Sitework entails the removal of sales trailers and attached structures, relocation and installation of all new utilities, parking facilities, landscaping and site lighting.
Combining visionary design and meticulous craftsmanship, this project will set a new standard in luxury and service for boat and yacht owners. This building thoughtfully combines architectural components of glass, steel and concrete, along with well-appointed interior finishes to provide a space that is elegant as well as functional. The new service center features large service bays with vast hangar space to accommodate, conceal and protect vessels of all sizes.
