GCG Starts Dry Boat Storage Project
SUITE TALK September 14, 2020 admin
GCG Constrution has commenced construction on the newest dry boat storage building for MarineMax at Deep Lagoon in Fort Myers. GCG worked with the MarineMax team alongside Hole Montes Civil Engineering, GMA Architects & Planners, and Hans Wilson & Associates throughout the master concept plan changes that started with Lee County Development Services and Zoning in 2018 for this project.
The project consists of an open rack, dry boat storage system capable of storing approximately 270 boats varying in size. Each rack will be nearly 580 feet long and 48 feet high with four architectural towers that will complement the Florida style architecture and theme currently on the property. All related site improvements including underground storm water management infrastructure and landscaping will be completed.
