GCM Contracting Solutions broke ground on Duffie North, a 10-acre, twobuilding industrial development within Punta Gorda Airport Commerce Center. The project will deliver more than 100,000sf of modern warehouse and flex space and is expected to generate over 200 new jobs upon full occupancy.

The project features two state-ofthe- art buildings, each approximately 54,000sf, with a combined total of 108,000sf.
