GCM Contracting Breaks Ground on Flex Warehouse in Cape Coral

GCM Contracting Solutions has begun building a 38,400sf flex warehouse facility in East Cape Commerce Park at 917 East Industrial Circle in Cape Coral.

The flex warehouse facility offers dock-level loading bays and is scheduled for completion by early next year. GCM’s Rudley Lewis is managing the project; Lee Zuza is job superintendent.

East Cape Commerce Park is a hub of commercial development on the south side of Pine Island Road, east of Pondella Road and Hibiscus Drive.
